My July 2025 PD Tour of India has officially come to a close.
As I sit and reflect on the whirlwind of the past five weeks, I still can’t quite believe what this journey has brought. Over the course of 9 schools across 8 vibrant cities, I had the privilege of working with more than 1000 dedicated educators - each bringing their passion, curiosity, and commitment to creating inclusive, student-centred learning environments.
We accomplished an incredible amount in such a short time - sparking meaningful conversations, building connections, and sharing powerful practices that will continue to grow and evolve in the months and years ahead.
Even before I arrived home, I had already received messages from several schools sharing inspiring examples of the impact of implementing UDL in their classrooms - from teacher reflections to classroom photos and even videos of students engaging with new strategies. It's incredibly rewarding to see the immediate, practical application of our work, and the difference it’s making for learners across such diverse contexts.
A heartfelt thank you to every school, leader, and educator who helped make this tour such a meaningful and successful experience. Your warmth, openness, energy, and deep commitment to professional learning has left a lasting impression on me.
I’m thrilled that so many schools have already expressed interest in follow-up online sessions, as well as additional face-to-face workshops in 2026. For those schools whose PD calendars didn’t align this time around but are keen for future collaboration – we are already exploring dates for my next visit to India!
India, July 2025 has set a strong foundation. I’m excited to build on this momentum and continue the journey in the months ahead and into 2026
